Terms and Conditions

Welcome to House Of Rout! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, products, and content provided by House Of Rout, including photography, videography, digital products, and merchandise. By booking our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

House Of Rout provides:

  • Photography – Portraits, products, lifestyle, and brand imagery

  • Videography – Reels, promotional videos, and social media content

  • Digital Design – Custom and premade Canva templates, social media content bundles, and digital assets

  • Merchandise – Phone cases and other products designed by House Of Rout and fulfilled via Printify

Project-specific deliverables, timelines, and details are outlined in your service agreement.

Free Consultation

  • All clients are offered a complimentary phone or video consultation to discuss your project, vision, and goals

  • Consultations are for planning purposes only and do not reserve a project date

  • Projects are confirmed only after signing the service agreement and submitting the non-refundable deposit

Payments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

  • Full payment is due according to your service agreement or before final delivery

  • Late payments may result in delays or withholding of final deliverables

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, branding assets, and approvals

  • Respond promptly to communications to keep the project on schedule

  • Ensure any media provided (images, logos, fonts, etc.) is authorized for use

Revisions & Approvals

  • Revisions are provided as outlined in your service agreement

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees

  • Clients must approve final deliverables for the project to be considered complete

Delivery & Timeline

  • Estimated delivery dates will be provided for all services

  • House Of Rout is not liable for delays caused by client unavailability, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party services

  • Final files are delivered electronically unless otherwise specified

Ownership & Usage Rights

  • House Of Rout retains copyright of all original work created

  • Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their intended purposes (social media, website, marketing, etc.)

  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or share premade Canva templates beyond intended personal or business use

  • House Of Rout reserves the right to showcase work in portfolios, social media, and marketing unless otherwise agreed

Merchandise (Printify Products)

  • House Of Rout designs and sells merchandise via Printify

  • Production and shipping are handled by Printify; House Of Rout is not responsible for delays, errors, or damages

  • Product appearance may vary slightly due to screens or manufacturing differences

  • All sales of physical products are final, except in cases of defects or errors

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be communicated in writing

  • Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and may require an updated deposit

Limitation of Liability

  • House Of Rout is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or dissatisfaction outside of project scope

  • We are not liable for errors or issues arising from client-provided materials

Privacy & Data

  • Client and customer information is stored securely and only used for project or order purposes

  • See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information

Agreement

By booking services or purchasing products from House Of Rout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
